三虫通络化风汤加减联合标本配穴针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察三虫通络化风汤加减联合标本配穴针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果。方法 选取2018年4月至2020年4月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者84例,随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。除常规治疗外,对照组采用三虫通络化风汤加减治疗,观察组采用三虫通络化风汤加减联合标本配穴针刺治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、肢体运动功能及日常生活能力。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的FMA评分、 BI评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FMA评分、 BI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 三虫通络化风汤加减联合标本配穴针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果显著,可有效促进患者肢体运动功能恢复,提高其日常生活能力。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Sanchong Tongluo Huafeng decoction combined with specimen matching acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia.Methods 84 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).In addition to routine treatment,the control group was treated with modified Sanchong Tongluo Huafeng decoction,and the observation group was treated with modified Sanchong Tongluo Huafeng decoction combined with specimen matching acupoint acupuncture.The treatment effect,limb motor function and daily life ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.48%,significantly higher than 71.43%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the FMA score and BI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA score and BI score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Sanchong Tongluo Huafeng decoction combined with specimen matching acupoint acupuncture has significant effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia,which can effectively promote the recovery of limb motor function and improve the daily life ability of patients.
