摘　　要：目的 探讨经括约肌间瘘道结扎术(LIFT)治疗复发性肛瘘的近期临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年3月至2017年10月我院收治的55例复发性肛瘘患者临床资料,所有患者均接受LIFT,随访18个月,记录患者的治愈率、复发率及并发症发生率,另外统计Wexner肛门失禁评分量表和排便失禁生活质量量表(FIQL)评分。结果 55例复发性肛瘘患者均完成LIFT手术,平均手术时间(43.32±3.46) min,平均住院时间(9.42±1.05) d;治愈率为61.82%(34/55),复发率为38.18%(21/55),围手术期并发症发生率为10.91%(6/55);术后4周患者Wexner评分、 FIQL评分均低于术前(P<0.05)。结论 LIFT治疗复发性肛瘘患者安全有效,对组织损伤较小,能够完整保留肛门括约肌功能,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective To explore the short-term clinical efficacy of ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract(LIFT)in the treatment of recurrent anal fistula.Methods The clinical data of 55 patients with recurrent anal fistula admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent LIFT,and were followed up for 18 months.The cure rate,recurrence rate and incidence of complications were recorded.The Wexner Anal Incontinence Rating Scale and the Defecation Incontinence Quality of Life Scale(FIQL)scores were calculated.Results All patients with recurrent anal fistula completed LIFT.The average operation time was(43.32±3.46)min,and the average hospitalization time was(9.42±1.05)days;The cure rate was 61.82%(34/55),the recurrence rate was 38.18%(21/55),and the perioperative incidence of complications was 10.91%(6/55);4 weeks after operation,the Wexner score and FIQL score were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusions LIFT is safe and effective in treatment of patients with recurrent anal fistula,with less tissue damage,and can completely preserve the anal sphincter function and improve the postoperative quality of life.
