摘　　要：目的 探讨综合干预模式对老年慢性肾脏病患者心理状况与生活质量的影响。方法 将2019年3月至2021年2月我院收治的114例老年慢性肾脏病患者按干预方式不同分为两组各57例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组采用综合干预模式。比较两组的血钙、血磷水平及心理状况、生活质量。结果 研究组的血钙水平高于对照组,血磷水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,研究组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,研究组KDTA、 SF-36评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 综合干预模式可有效调节老年慢性肾脏病患者的血钙、血磷水平,改善其心理状况,有助于提升患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive intervention model on psychological status and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods 114 elderly patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given comprehensive intervention model.The blood calcium,blood phosphorus,psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The blood calcium level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the blood phosphorus level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the KDTA and SF-36 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive intervention model can effectively regulate the blood calcium and phosphorus levels,improve the psychological status of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease,and help to improve the quality of life.
