Objective To explore the influence of standardized emergency mode on rescue effect and prognosis of patients with acute stroke. Methods 184 patients with acute stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different emergency nursing measures, with 92 cases in each group. The reference group was intervened by routine emergency mode, and the study group was intervened by standardized emergency mode. The emergency related indicators, complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The establishment time of venous access,CT examination time, and time from admission to thrombolysis in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The disability rate and mortality of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized emergency mode can effectively shorten the emergency treatment time of patients with acute stroke, and reduce the complications, which is of great significance to improve the prognosis.
