摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴埋豆联合穴位按摩对阑尾切除术后疼痛及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月于我院行阑尾切除术的80例患者,随机分为观察组(耳穴埋豆联合穴位按摩)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的胃肠功能、胃动素及P物质水平、VAS评分。结果观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、食欲恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的胃动素、P物质水平降低,而观察组的胃动素、P物质水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的VAS评分降低,且观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合穴位按摩可改善阑尾切除术后胃肠功能,减轻患者术后疼痛,其机制可能与调节胃动素、P物质分泌有关。Objective To explore the influence of ear acupoint bean embedding combined with acupoint massage on pain and gastrointestinal function after appendectomy.Methods 80 patients with appendectomy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(ear acupoint bean embedding combined with acupoint massage)and control group(routine nursing).The gastrointestinal function,levels of motilin and substance P and VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results The bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time and appetite recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the motilin and substance P levels of the two groups decreased,but the motilin and substance P levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ear acupoint bean embedding combined with acupoint massage can improve the gastrointestinal function after appendectomy,and reduce postoperative pain,whose mechanism may be related to the regulation of motilin and substance P secretion.
