中医康复治疗与肢体功能训练对股骨下段骨折术后患者膝关节功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医康复治疗与肢体功能训练对股骨下段骨折术后患者膝关节功能康复的影响。方法将2019年1月至2020年5月收治的80例股骨下段骨折患者随机分为两组各40例。术后,对照组行肢体功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医康复治疗,随访至术后3个月。对比两组的膝关节功能、疼痛程度、并发症及满意度。结果干预后,观察组的HSS评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医康复治疗与肢体功能训练可促进股骨下段骨折术后患者膝关节功能恢复,减轻关节疼痛,有效预防并发症发生,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the influence of TCM rehabilitation therapy and limb function training on knee joint function rehabilitation of patients after lower femoral fracture surgery.Methods 80 patients with lower femoral fracture from January 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group received limb function training,and the observation group was given TCM rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up to 3 months after surgery.The knee joint function,pain degree,complications and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM rehabilitation therapy and limb function training can promote the recovery of knee joint function,relieve the joint pain,effectively prevent the complications and improve the satisfaction degree for patients after lower femoral fracture surgery.
