老年室性心律失常患者疾病控制情况与家庭功能的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析老年室性心律失常患者疾病控制情况与家庭功能的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的50例室性心律失常老年患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受家庭功能[家庭功能量表(FAD)]评估,统计患者疾病控制情况,并分析患者疾病控制情况与家庭功能的相关性。结果 50例老年室性心律失常患者中,39例(78.00%)疾病控制良好。疾病控制不良者的FAD量表评分均明显高于疾病控制良好者(P <0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,家庭功能差是老年室性心律失常患者疾病控制不良的影响因素(OR>1, P <0.05)。结论 老年室性心律失常患者疾病控制效果与家庭功能密切相关,家庭功能差可能会增加老年室性心律失常疾病控制无效风险。Objective To analyze the correlation between disease control and family function in elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received family function assessment [Family Assessment Device(FAD)], and the disease control of elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia was counted to analyze the correlation between disease control and family function. Results Among 50 elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia, 39 cases(78.00%) had good disease control. The FAD scores of patients with poor disease control were significantly higher than those of patients with good disease control(P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis results showed that poor family function was the influencing factor of poor disease control in elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia(OR>1, P <0.05). Conclusions Family function is closely correlated to the disease control effect in elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia. Poor family function may increase the risk of ineffective disease control in elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia.
