加味桑麻地黄汤治疗偏头痛肝肾阴虚肝阳上亢型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味桑麻地黄汤治疗偏头痛肝肾阴虚肝阳上亢型的疗效。方法:80例用盲抽法随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,观察组用加味桑麻地黄汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发作次数和持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味桑麻地黄汤治疗偏头痛肝肾阴虚肝阳上亢型效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Sangma Dihuang Decoction in treating migraine with liver-kidney yin deficiency and liver-yang hyperactivity type. Methods: Eighty cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group were given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally while the observation group were given modified Sangma Dihuang Decoction. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The frequency and duration of attacks in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Sangma Dihuang Decoction has a better effect in treating migraine with liver-kidney yin deficiency and liver-yang hyperactivity type.
