中医综合疗法联合臭氧水治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合疗法联合臭氧水治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:60例随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组均用针灸、推拿、中药内服、中药外敷、功能锻炼中医综合疗法治疗,试验组联合臭氧水冲洗病变关节腔、关节腔内及痛点注射臭氧水治疗。结果:两组VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节评分改善试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法联合臭氧水治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive therapy combined with ozone water in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Sixty cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with acupuncture, massage, oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, external application of traditional Chinese medicine, and functional exercise and the experimental group were treated with injection of ozone water into the joint cavity and pain points. Results: The VAS score and Lysholm knee joint score in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). The improvement of VAS score and Lysholm knee score in the experimental group was superior to those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy combined with ozone water has better effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
