摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是困扰老年人最常见的关节软骨退行性疾病之一,具有患病率、致残率高的特点。现代医学对膝骨关节炎的治疗主要以减轻疼痛,恢复功能,减慢其发展进程为主。近年来,中医药治疗膝骨关节炎已经成为国内治疗其常见方式,而炎症反应是引起膝骨关节炎发生的重要机制之一已经成为现代医学研究的热点。故此,作者运用中医理论与现代医学研究成果,从炎症角度探讨补益肝肾类中药复方防治膝骨关节炎的作用机制。Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common articular cartilage degenerative diseases that plague the elderly,with high prevalence and disability rates.The treatment of knee osteoarthritis in modern medicine is mainly to relieve pain,restore function and slow down its development process.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has become a common way to treat knee osteoarthritis in China,and inflammation is one of the important mechanisms that cause knee osteoarthritis,which has become a hot spot of modern medical research.Therefore,the author uses the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the research results of modern medicine to explore the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicines for nourishing liver and kidney in preventing and treating knee osteoarthritis from the perspective of inflammation.
