摘　　要：金朝晖教授对肺部结节患者采取有症状者辨证论治,无症状者辨体质论治,根据其病因、病机上“痰”“瘀”“虚”的核心特点,结合患者影像学资料在其基础方上加用逐瘀袪痰、攻毒散结等特色中药,并注重固护患者正气,在临床中对于肺部结节的治疗上见解独到,收效良好,可为肺部结节的治疗提供重要借鉴意义。Professor JIN Zhaohui adopted the syndrome differentiation and treatment of symptomatic patients and the constitution differentiation of asymptomatic patients for pulmonary nodules.Its basic prescription is added with characteristic traditional Chinese medicines such as removing blood stasis,removing phlegm,attacking toxin and dispersing,and focusing on consolidating and protecting the righteousness of patients.It has unique insights and good results in the treatment of pulmonary nodules in clinical practice,and can be used for the treatment of pulmonary nodules.Treatment provides important reference.
