摘　　要：目的:考察金荞麦胶囊体外抑菌活性方法:采用平皿稀释法考察金荞麦胶囊最低抑菌浓度,采用牛津杯法考察金荞麦胶囊体外对大肠杆菌,铜绿假单胞菌,金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌活性。结果:金荞麦胶囊对大肠杆菌,铜绿假单胞菌,金黄色葡萄球菌的均具有明显抑菌活性。金荞麦胶囊对铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的MIC为12.5 g/L,大肠杆菌的MIC为25g/L;金荞麦胶囊对铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的MBC为50 g/L,大肠杆菌的MBC为100 g/L。结论:金荞麦胶囊具有体外抑菌作用.Objective:To investigate the in vitro antibacterial activity of Jinqiaomai capsules Methods:The minimum inhibitory concentration of Jinqiaomai capsules was investigated by plate dilution method,and the in vitro antibacterial activity of Jinqiaomai Capsules was investigated by Oxford cup method against Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus Antibacterial activity of beta-hemolytic streptococcus.Results:Jinqiaomai capsules had obvious bacteriostatic activity against Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.The MIC of Jinqiaomai Capsules against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,and beta-hemolytic streptococcus is 12.5 g/L,and the MIC of Escherichia coli is 25 g/L;The MBC of Staphylococcus and beta-hemolytic streptococcus is 50 g/L,and the MBC of Escherichia coli is 100 g/L.Conclusion:Jinqiaomai capsule has antibacterial effect in vitro.
