电刺激生物反馈联合加味补中益气汤对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电刺激生物反馈联合加味补中益气汤对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的影响。方法:选取本院于2020年5月—2021年3月收治的78例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,随机分为两组,每组各39例。采用电刺激生物反馈(对照组)和电刺激生物反馈联合加味补中益气汤(观察组)进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率、盆腔组织肌力、性生活质量显著高于对照组,且盆底肌纤维值明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激生物反馈联合加味补中益气汤的疗效显著,可以有效提高患者的盆腔组织肌力和性生活质量,值得临床进一步深化和推广。Objective:To observe the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction on patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:A total of 78 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.Electric stimulation biofeedback(control group)and electric stimulation biofeedback combined with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction(observation group)were used for treatment.The treatment conditions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment,pelvic tissue muscle strength,and sexual life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle fiber value was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction has significant curative effect,can effectively improve the pelvic tissue muscle strength and sexual life quality of patients,and is worthy of further clinical deepening and promotion.
