摘 要:目的:探讨miR-146a在慢阻肺患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集该院慢阻肺患者40例设为慢阻肺组,体检中心正常人20例设为正常对照组,RT-qPCR法检测两组血清中miR-146a的表达水平。结果:慢阻肺组血清中的miR-146a相对表达量低于正常对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:miR-146a在慢阻肺血清中呈现低水平表达,可能是其抗炎作用减弱致慢阻肺进展的机制之一。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-146a in serum of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 40 patients with COPD in our hospital were collected as the COPD group,and 20 normal people in the physical examination center were selected as the normal control group.The expression levels of miR-146a in the serum of the two groups were detected by RT-qPCR.Results:The relative expression of miR-146a in serum of COPD group was lower than that of normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:miR-146a is expressed at a low level in COPD serum,which may be one of the mechanisms of COPD progression due to its weakened anti-inflammatory effect.
