摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是由于腰椎间盘发生不同程度退行性病变而出现的疾病。对于LDH的治疗方法很多,临床中主要分为手术与非手术两大类,临床中,大多数患者都能通过保守治疗得到好的治疗效果,中医学中的手法调整更是因为疗效肯定,得到越来越多的研究和使用。该文主要从中医理论来源、作用机理、临床疗效3个方面对手法调整腰骶部及骨盆治疗LDH的研究进展进行了综述。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a disease that occurs due to the degenerative changes of the lumbar intervertebral disc in different degrees.There are many treatment methods for LDH,which are mainly divided into two categories:surgical and non-surgical.In clinical,most patients can get good therapeutic effects through conservative treatment.The adjustment of manipulation in traditional Chinese medicine is because of the positive effect.Increasingly researched and used.This article reviews the research progress of manipulation of the lumbosacral and pelvis in the treatment of LDH from three aspects:the theoretical source of traditional Chinese medicine,the mechanism of action,and the clinical efficacy.
