城乡体育融合发展的历史契机、内在机理及路径选择

摘　　要：采用文献资料、实地调查等方法,分析了城乡体育融合发展的历史契机,解构了城乡体育融合发展的内在机理,提出了城乡体育融合发展的基本路径。主要结论:城乡体育融合发展是蕴含于推进新型城镇化建设、乡村振兴战略及助力体育强国建设的历史发展之势。城乡体育融合发展的前提是实现城乡人才、资本、技术、产业互动,动力是汇集城乡交通网、信息网及环境承载力之功,最终推动实现公共体育服务均等化。建议从经济循环、制度统筹、文化互补、社会互动、生态繁荣等5个方面,构建城乡体育融合发展基本路径理论。By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper analyzes the historical opportunity,internal mechanism and basic path of the urban-rural sport integration development.The main conclusions are drawn as follows:The urban-rural sport integration development is embedded in the historical development of new urbanization,rural revitalization and leading sporting nation;The premise of the urban-rural sport integration development is to realize the interaction of talents,capital,technology and industry between the urban and rural area.The driving force of the urban-rural sport integration development is derived from the urban-rural transportation network,information network and environmental carrying capacity,all of which aim to promote the equalization of public sports services.It is suggested to construct the basic path theory of urban-rural sport integration development from five aspects:economic circulation,overall system planning,cultural complementarity,social interaction and ecological prosperity.
