摘 要:针对台州湾水平流人工湿地处理河水时脱氮能力低且不稳定的情况,采用高通量测序技术进行脱氮微生物群落的结构解析,以便从微生物的群落结构和空间分布中寻求影响脱氮能力的因素。研究结果表明,水平流湿地中存在硝化和反硝化菌群,且硝化菌属主要为Nitrospira,反硝化菌属主要为Bacillus和Paracoccus。与脱氮系统较好的微生物群落相比,各菌群比例较为偏低。水平流湿地中水生植物根系分布对固定生物膜起着至关重要的作用,且在水流方向上依次呈硝化和反硝化菌群的分布。水平流湿地中填料表层较中下层的微生物菌群种类更为丰富,当填料深度大于1.0 m时,填料中微生物种群丰度小于1%。In view of the low and unstable denitrification capacity of river water treatment in the constructed wetlands of Taizhou bay,high throughput sequencing technology was adopted to analyze the structure of denitrification microorganisms,to seek the factors affecting the denitrification capacity from the community structure and spatial distribution of microorganisms.The results showed that:Nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria existed in the horizontal flow wetland.The nitrifying bacteria were mainly Nitrospira and the denitrifying bacteria were mainly Bacillus and Paracoccus.Compared with the research findings in the better denitrification system,the proportion of each microflora was still relatively low.The root system distribution of aquatic plants in the horizontal flow wetland played a crucial role in fixing the biofilm,and the distribution of nitrifying and denitrifying flora was in the order of flow direction.In the horizontal flow wetland,the microbial flora in the surface layer of the filler was more abundant than that in the middle and lower layer,and when the depth of the filler was greater than 1.0m,the microbial population abundance in the filler is less than 1%.
