既有居住建筑绿色改造主要措施与整体减碳效果浅析

摘　　要：我国既有建筑存量大,节能水平低,使用体验差,运行使用阶段排放的二氧化碳占社会总排放量比例较高。居住建筑问题更为集中,且直接关系到人民美好生活建设。绿色改造不仅能大幅降低建筑碳排放强度,更可改善建筑使用体验,具有双重价值,是建筑部门应对双碳目标的最优举措。建议将改造前后的碳减排效果与财政、绿色金融结合,形成双碳目标下新的绿色改造模式,解决绿色改造资金匮乏问题。Large stock of existing buildings in our country,the low level of building energy conservation,frustrating experience,using phase rate high social total emissions of carbon dioxide emissions,residential building has more concentrated problem,and the construction is directly related to the people a better life,green retrofitting not only can greatly reduce building using carbon intensity,more can improve building using experience,has the dual value,It is the best measure for the construction sector to deal with the dual carbon target.It is suggested to combine the carbon emission reduction effect before and after the retrofitting with finance and green finance to form a new green retrofitting mode under the dual carbon target and solve the shortage of funds for green retrofitting.
