摘　　要：本文通过对我国24个省市453栋大型办公建筑基本信息、运行参数以及能耗数据进行调研,分别对综合能耗和电力消耗进行了统计分析,在此基础上分析了建筑固有特点以及运行特点与能耗的相关性,得出我国大型办公建筑能耗特点,并对主要能耗影响因素进行分析,为既有大型办公建筑能耗评价、诊断与优化运行工作提供一定的指导。Based on the investigation and analysis of the basic information,operation parameters and energy consumption data of 453 large office buildings in 24 provinces and cities in China,the comprehensive energy consumption and power consumption are statistically analyzed.On this basis,this paper analyzes the inherent characteristics of buildings and the correlation between operation characteristics and energy consumption,obtains the energy consumption characteristics of large office buildings in China,and analyzes various influencing factors of energy consumption,so as to provide some guidance for the energy consumption evaluation,diagnosis and optimal operation of existing large office buildings.
