摘 要:零能耗建筑是实现“双碳”目标的重要路径。本文依据时空特征将建筑设计分解为建筑被动、供冷供热和配电系统设计三部分。按照设计流程论述其间遵循的基本原则,揭示各环节不仅时序相依还存在耦合。最后考虑夏热冬冷地区自身特点,介绍了建筑被动、供冷供热和配电系统设计细节,包括前期工作、节能技术、实施过程和评价指标,提供了可靠路径。Zero-energy building is an important path to achieve the goal of Carbon Peakinh andCcarbon Neutrality.Based on temporal and spatial characteristics,building design is decomposed into three parts,namely,passive design,cooling and heating as well as distribution system designs.In chronological order of the design,this paper discusses the basic principles followed,and reveals that each link has not only temporal dependent,but also coupled.Finally,considering the characteristics of hot summer and cold winter zone,the design details of passive building,cooling and heating system as well as distribution system are introduced,including preliminary work,energy-saving technologies,implementation process and evaluation index,which provides a reliable path.
