摘　　要：宿迁市是南水北调节点城市,中心城市西南片区排水直接进入沿线调蓄水库洪泽湖,是水环境敏感区域。本文分析当前推进污水处理厂资源化利用所面临的主要困难和问题,根据西南片区的工企业类型、地域情况等特征研究,按照按需定供、按用定质、按质管控的供需模式,科学制定污水资源化利用规模、标准等方案,并提出相关推进建议,为实现区域自然社会良性水循环,推动片区的高质量发展、可持续发展做出贡献。Suqian City is a point city for south-north water regulation.The drainage from the southwest area of the central city directly flows into Hongze Lake,the reservoir along the line,which is a sensitive area for water environment.In addition。This paper analyzes the main difficulties and problems faced by the current promotion of resource utilization of sewage treatment plants.Scientifically formulate plans for the scale and standards of wastewater resource utilization,and put forward relevant promotion suggestions,so as to contribute to the realization of a virtuous water cycle in the natural society of the region and the promotion of high-quality and sustainable development of the area.
