摘　　要：在国内高校突发事件应急管理研究成果的基础上,从源头掌控、过程处理、防范恢复三个维度构建了高校突发事件应急管理能力评价指标体系,并设计了基于改进区间直觉模糊TOPSIS方法的高校突发事件应急管理能力评价模型。最后通过实例分析,说明了该方法的可行性,为高校突发事件应急管理与决策提供参考和借鉴。Based on the domestic research progress of college emergency management,the paper establishes an evaluation index system of the college emergency management capability from three dimensions including source control,process treatment,prevention and recovery,and designs an interval intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method based on improved college emergency management evaluation model.At last,through case analysis,the feasibility of this method is illustrated,which can provide reference for emergency management and decision-making at college.
