摘　　要：人民军队的政治工作是中国共产党为保证对军队的绝对领导而在其内部开展的思想和组织工作。中国共产党历来重视人民军队的政治工作,在延安时期,毛泽东提出了一系列人民军队政治工作思想。他认为中国共产党领导的革命政治工作是人民军队的生命线,军队要高度重视政治工作的开展,要坚持官兵一致、军民一致、瓦解敌军和宽待俘虏的工作原则,要积极开展思想政治工作以培育党的优良作风。当前,中国共产党走过了百年奋斗历程,我们要以史为鉴、开创未来,高度重视人民军队的政治工作,使人民军队在捍卫国家主权、安全和发展利益方面继续发挥重要作用。The political work of the People’s Army is the ideological and organizational work carried out by the Communist Party of China to ensure its absolute leadership over the army.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the political work of the People’s Army.During the Yan’an period,Mao Zedong put forward a series of theories on the political work of the People’s Army.He thinks the revolutionary political work led by the Communist Party is the lifeline of the People’s Army.The army must attach great importance to the development of political work.It must adhere to three working principles of unity of officers and soldiers,unity of military and civilians,disintegration of the enemy’s army,and lenient treatment of prisoners,and actively carry out ideological and political work to cultivate the party’s fine style of work.At present,the Communist Party of China has gone through a century of fighting.We must learn from history and create the future.We must attach great importance to the political work of the People’s Army,so that it will continue to play an important role in safeguarding national sovereignty,security,and development interests.
