液体敷料与红霉素软膏在CO_(2)激光术后创面的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨为CO_(2)激光术后创面使用液体敷料与红霉素软膏的疗效.方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月间在天津市蓟州区人民医院门诊使用CO_(2)激光治疗皮肤、黏膜肿物患者80例作为研究对象.这些患者均未患有营养不良、糖尿病、血管性疾病或其他皮肤病,所有患者创面面积、深浅及个数无明显差别.随机将这些患者分为治疗组和对照组,对两组创面均进行高锰酸钾(1/8000)湿敷或坐浴常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组患者使用液体敷料喷洒创面后使用红霉素软膏,对照组仅使用红霉素软膏.然后观察两组患者接受治疗的效果、发生感染及愈合情况.结果术后7天、14天观察治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.两组患者均未发生过敏及感染,同时观察局部疤痕的产生无显著性差异.结论液体敷料用于CO_(2)激光术后创面修复优于单用红霉素软膏治疗,值得在家庭或临床使用.Objective To investigate the efficacy of liquid dressing and erythromycin ointment for CO_(2)laser wounds.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,80 patients were selected as research subjects after the treatment of skin and mucosal masses in our outpatient clinics.None of these patients suffered from malnutrition,diabetes,vascular diseases or other skin diseases,and there was no significant difference in the size,depth or number of wounds in all patients.These patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups,and both groups of wounds were treated with potassium permanganate(1/8000)wet compresses or sitz baths,on the basis of which the patients in the observation group used erythromycin ointment after spraying wounds with liquid dressings,and the control group used only erythromycin ointment.The effects of treatment,infection and healing were then observed.in both groups.Resu Its The total effective rate of the observation and treatment group at 7 days and 14 days after surgery was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.P<0.05.Neither group developed allergies or infections,and no significant differences were observed in the development of local scars.Conc I us i on Therefore,liquid dressings for post-CO_(2)laser wound repair are superior to treatment with erythromycin ointment alone and are worth using at home or clinically.
