超高强钢筋混凝土抗腐蚀性影响因素研究

摘  要:超高强混凝土在城市建设中的应用越来越广泛。本文通过钢筋锈蚀加速试验评价了裂缝宽度、水胶比、氯离子含量、硅粉对超高强混凝土抗腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:水胶比为12%的超高强混凝土与使用了防腐剂的水胶比为60%的普通混凝土拥有相同的抗腐蚀性。即使该超高强混凝土产生了宽度小于0.6 mm的裂缝,其抗腐蚀性能依然与使用了防腐剂的水胶比为55%的普通混凝土相当。掺加硅粉后的超高强混凝土比普通混凝土具有更好的抗腐蚀性,其主要原因在于超高强混凝土致密的结构抑制了引发钢筋锈蚀物质的渗透。The application of ultra-high strength concrete in urban construction is more and more extensive. In this paper, the effects of crack width, water-binder ratio, chloride content and silica powder on the corrosion resistance of ultra-high strength concrete were evaluated through accelerated corrosion test of steel bars. The results show that the ultra-high strength concrete with 12% water-binder ratio has the same corrosion resistance as the ordinary concrete with 60% water-binder ratio using preservatives. Even with cracks less than 0.6 mm wide, the corrosion resistance of the ultra-high strength concrete is comparable to that of ordinary concrete with a 55% water-binder ratio using preservatives. Ultra-high strength concrete mixed with silicon powder has better corrosion resistance than ordinary concrete, the main reason is that the dense structure of ultra-high strength concrete inhibits the penetration of substances that cause steel corrosion.
