摘　　要：目的:调研老年高血压患者健康管理软件使用现状及需求,为相关平台优化提供参考。方法:对北京市3家基层社区的老年高血压患者进行线下问卷调研。结果:共回收219份有效问卷,男女比例为1∶1.64,年龄(69.73±7.38)岁。药物相互作用和不能接收专业的用药科普是老年高血压患者认为自身管理时最大的问题(46.6%),调研的人中有209人(95.4%)认为慢病日常管理重要,210人(95.9%)非常愿意使用健康管理类软件,203人(92.7%)认为慢病管理软件中应该有医生的参与,180人(82.2%)认为应该有药师参与。操作简单、界面简洁美观、个人信息安全、保存指标监测数据及建立完整的药物治疗档案是老年高血压患者需求较多的功能。结论:老年高血压患者对健康管理类软件接受度较高,软件的易用性和有用性、信息安全是老年高血压患者比较关注的问题。药师是除了医生外被认为最应该参与到远程管理的人员,药师团体应注意提升药物相互作用及不良反应等方面的能力,提高老年高血压患者自我健康管理质量。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status and demand for mHealth software using in the elderly with hypertension aiming to provide reference for optimizing similar software.METHODS Face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among the elderly with hypertension in three communities in Beijing.RESULTS A total of 219 effective questionnaires were recycled, the ratio of male to female patients was 1∶1.64, and the average age was(69.73±7.38) years. The most concerned problems were drug interactions and failure to receive professional drug information(46.6%), and 209 out of the 219 patients(95.4%) considered it important to regularly manage chronic diseases, 210 patients(95.9%) were willing to participate in health management via mHealth software, and doctors(203) and pharmacists(180) were mostly supposed to join in chronic disease management. Ease of use, aesthetic of interface, safety of privacy, storage of health-related data and establishment of complete treatment profile were functions mostly needed.CONCLUSION The elderly with hypertension paid high attention to their health and they were open to mHealth software, and easy to use, usefulness and safety of privacy were concerned mostly. Pharmacists were mostly supposed to participate in chronic disease management besides doctors, drug interactions and side effects should be paid more attention by pharmacists to improve the quality of self health management of the elderly with hypertension.
