摘 要:钱基博《现代中国文学史》贯通古今的建构方式学界多有讨论,其著书之“体”实际上是更为基本和具体的研究角度。首先,钱著用两《汉书·儒林传》之“体”,“分经叙次、叙其流别”“明以原委”,加以“长编”“比类”;其次,“铺叙履历”“互见”应看作源自《史记》,而记录轶闻的倾向来自《晋书》;最后,钱著还杂取了《诗品》等诗文评类著作、《明史·文苑传》叙复社、互著法等写作方式。从“体”的角度来看,钱著承认了白话文作为一种“体”的存在,可为一代之文学,因此也就帮助建构了“现代性”,并且表达了新旧文学并无对立的观念。The construction method of Mr. Qian’s History of Modern Chinese Literature through ancient and modern times has been discussed a lot in academic circles, and the genre of his works is actually a more basic and specific research angle. First of all, Mr. Qian used the style of the two Han Shu · biography of Confucianism to narrate the primary and secondary, to describe the genre and fully explain the reasons and as well as “long compilation” and “comparison”;Secondly, “recounting the resume” and “crossing reference” should be regarded as derivation from Historical Records,while the tendency to record anecdotes comes from Jin Shu;Finally, Mr. Qian’s books also mixed with the styles of poetic criticism works Shipin,The History of Ming · Wenyuan,and so on. From the perspective of genre, Mr.Qian acknowledged that vernacular literature is a kind of genre and a generation of literature, so he helped to construct “Modernity” and expressed the idea that there is no contradiction between the old and new literature.
