众包在情报工作中的应用及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：分析了情报众包工作模式的应用条件与任务情境,为我国情报工作与研究的发展提供参考借鉴。以Intellipedia与CREATE项目为例,阐述了美国情报众包的工作模式,指出了其特点与对我国情报工作的启示。在此基础上,分析了众包模式在我国情报工作中的应用条件与若干应用情景。认为我国情报各界宜重视集思广益的众包思想,探索群策群力的众包模式,发展多元化、多样化的众包情报工作团队,提升我国情报工作效率与水平。This paper analyzes leveraging crowdsourcing for intelligence, which could inspire crowdsourcingsupported work in the future;taking the Intellipedia and CREATE projects as two epic examples, this paper analyzes the development and status quo of crowdsourcing-supported intelligence work in the US, and points out their pros and cons;this paper suggests that we should grasp the idea of crowdsourcing, explore the practice of crowdsourcing-supported intelligence work, and build diverse crowds to improve our intelligence work.
