摘 要:考察了以2,3-二异丙基-2-氰基琥珀酸乙酯为内给电子体的聚丙烯催化剂的性能,以及温度和氢气用量对催化剂活性的影响,对催化剂的光学形貌、粒径、红外光谱和聚合物相对分子质量及其分布进行分析。结果表明:催化剂形貌较好,呈现较好的球形形状,平均粒径为43.1μm,粒径分布为0.9。在实验范围内,催化剂活性随着聚合温度升高而升高,聚合温度为80℃时活性最高。使用甲基环己基二甲氧基硅烷为外给电子体时,催化剂活性先升高后降低;使用双环戊基二甲氧基硅烷为外给电子体时,催化剂活性随着氢气用量的增加而增大,所制聚丙烯的相对分子质量分布明显宽于采用传统催化剂。The properties of polypropylene(PP)catalyst with ethyl 2,3-diisopropyl-2-cyano-succinate as internal electron donor and the effects of temperature and the amount of hydrogen on catalyst activity were investigated.The optical morphology,particle size,infrared spectrum and molecular mass and its distribution of the catalyst were analyzed.The results show that the morphology of the catalyst is good in spherical shape,whose average particle size is 43.1μm and whose particle size distribution is 0.9.The activity of the catalyst is increased with the increase of polymerization temperature,and reaches the highest at 80℃within the experimental range.The activity of the catalyst first increases and then decreases with methylcyclohexyldimethoxysilane as external electron donor.The activity of the catalyst follows the increase of hydrogen usage with dicyclopentyldimethoxysilane as external electron donor.The molecular mass distribution of PP obtained is wider than that of the traditional catalyst.
