摘 要:采用甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFMA)对氯丁胶乳型纸塑复膜胶进行共聚改性,研究了有机氟对复膜胶耐水性能、黏度、粒径和力学性能的影响。结果表明:HFMA与氯丁胶乳的聚合较为成功,HFMA与氯丁胶乳反应后的相容性良好;有机氟的引入提升了复膜胶的耐热性能;改性后胶膜的水接触角增大,吸水率下降,胶乳的黏度和粒径均增大,胶膜的断裂强度和断裂功下降,断裂伸长率上升。Chloroprene latex paper-plastic laminating adhesive was copolymerized and modified with hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(HFMA).The effect of organic fluorine on water resistance,viscosity,particle size and mechanical properties of the laminating adhesive were observed.The results show that the polymerization of HFMA and chlroprene latex is successful as the compatibility of HFMA with chloroprene latex is good.The introduction of organic fluorine is helpful to improve the heat resistance of the adhesive.The water contact angle of the adhesive is increased and its water absorption decrease.The viscosity and particle size of the emulsion are increased.The breaking strength and fracture work of the adhesive decline,and its elongation at break rises.
