摘　　要：国产SEL催化剂首次在420 kt/a Hostalen ACP淤浆法高密度聚乙烯工艺装置上进行了工业应用试验,分别生产了PE100级管材专用聚乙烯23050和中空吹塑专用聚乙烯ACP 5531B。结果表明:SEL催化剂试用期间装置运行平稳;与参比催化剂相比,SEL催化剂聚合活性基本相当,1-丁烯单耗较低,氢气单耗较高,副产物蜡产量相当;所制聚乙烯粉料的粒径分布窄,细粉含量低,生产的树脂产品性能优良;SEL催化剂的应用大幅降低了生产成本。Homemade SEL catalyst was firstly applied in a 420 kt/a Hostalen ACP slurry phase high density polyethylene plant to produce 23050(PE100 grade)and ACP 5531B(hollow blow molding grade).The results show that the reactor was stable and smooth in operation with SEL catalyst.The polymerization activity of SEL catalyst is equivalent to that of the reference catalyst,whose 1-butene unit consumption is lower while hydrogen consumption is higher,and whose by-product wax is similar in yield.The particle size distribution of powder product is narrow and the content of fine is low,representing excellent properties of the resin.The production cost is significantly reduced with SEL catalyst.
