摘 要:综述了光伏组件用乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)胶膜的改性技术研究进展。采用EVA内交联碱性有机物、添加阴离子型丙烯酸酯等方法制备的EVA胶膜应用于光伏组件可以提高抗电势诱导衰减效应;采用稀土化合物复合、有机硼改性丙烯酸接枝EVA制备的EVA胶膜应用于光伏组件可以提升太阳能利用率;EVA经过氧化-2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯与2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷组成的双固体化交联体系改性得到的胶膜透光性能和黏结性能良好;EVA添加颜料母粒制备深色胶膜封装的光伏组件能够适应城市规划要求。This paper reviews the modification for ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)copolymer adhesive films used as photovoltaic modules.The EVA films prepared by crosslinking basic organic compounds or by adding anionic acrylate into EVA can be used to resist potential induced attenuation of photovoltaic modules.The EVA films prepared by compounding with rare earth compounds or by grafting organic borate-modified acrylic acid can enhance the solar energy utilization.EVA films perform excellently in light transmission and adherence when modified by dual-solidified crosslinking system composed of tert-butylperoxy 2-ethylhexyl carbonate and 2,5-dimethy-2,5-bis(tetra-butyl-peroxy)hexane.The photovoltaic modules that are encapsulated by dark EVA adhesive films added pigment masterbatch can meet the requirements of urban design.
