民俗“文化”与“非遗”的择弃性保护和传承——兼评《腊尔山苗族巴岱仪式音乐文化研究》

摘　　要：民风习俗在我国不同民族中普遍存在,民风习俗中会蕴涵着民间艺术文化传承和传播,很多民俗文化已被列入我国非物质文化遗产,包括一些由民风习俗所催生的民间仪式文化。湘西腊尔山一带的苗族巴岱仪式就是旧时苗族许愿、还愿及祭拜的民风习俗所催生的巫师主持的一种事象,其事象背后也透射出苗族的民族及民俗文化。而对于诸如苗族巴岱仪式及已被列入国家非物质文化遗产保护名录的同类非遗文化,应该对其进行“择弃性”地保护和继承,对蕴含有封建、落后的民俗“文化”,该抛弃的就要抛弃;对那些真正为社会文化发展起到支撑作用的民族文化、民间文化和民俗文化,就要加大保护和传承的力度。Folk customs are common among different ethnic groups in China and contain the inheritance and dissemination of folk art and culture. Many folk cultures have been included in China’s intangible cultural heritage, including some folk ritual cultures spawned by folk customs. The Badai ceremony of Miao ethnic group in the Laer mountain is a kind of thing presided over by wizards, which was spawned by the folk customs of the Miao ethnic group in the old times. It also reflects the Miao ethnic group and folk culture. The Badai ceremony of Miao ethnic group and other similar intangible cultural heritage that has been listed it should be protected and inherited selectively. For the culture containing feudal and backward folk customs should be abandoned;for those ethnic culture, folk culture that really play a supporting role in social and cultural development, we should strengthen the protection and inheritance.
