摘　　要：在全媒体时代,网络空间已成为不同意识形态交锋的主要阵地之一。近年来,以区块链为代表的新型网络技术对网络意识形态安全治理的影响是双向的。一方面,区块链技术能助力网络意识形态治理主体“多元共治”、风险甄别“精准研判”、风险处置“高效应对”、话语转向“话语共识”等方面的发展;另一方面,区块链技术的发展也为意识形态的安全带来巨大挑战,如削弱主流舆论传播力、消解主流意识形态引导力、弱化主流意识形态影响力、威胁网络数据主权等。因此,网络意识形态安全治理要进一步细化法规建设,健全监管体系,构建国家主权区块链平台,积极参与全球化标准制定,多管齐下提升网络意识形态安全治理能力。In the omni-media era,cyberspace has become the main battle field for the confrontation of different ideologies.In recent years,new network technology represented by blockchain has double-sided influence on security governance of network ideology.On one hand,blockchain technology is conducive to the development of network ideological governance subject’s multiple co-governance,accurate research and judgment of risk screening,efficient management of risk disposal,the turn of utterance consensus.On the other hand,it also brings great challenges,such as weakening the communication strength of mainstream public opinion,dispelling the guiding strength of mainstream ideology,reducing the influence power of mainstream ideology,and threatening network data’s sovereignty.Therefore,security governance of network ideology should further refine the construction of laws and regulations,improve the regulatory system,build a national sovereign blockchain platform,actively participate in the formulation of globalization standards,and improve the ability of security governance of network ideology in a multi-pronged manner.
