摘  要:邻苯二甲腈树脂是以邻苯二甲腈结构封端的高性能耐高温热固性树脂,具有优异的热氧稳定性、阻燃性、力学强度、低吸水率、低热膨胀系数和介电常数,可用于制备先进复合基体材料、涂料、粘接剂等,在航空技术、电子、机械、军事等领域得到广泛应用。本文综述了邻苯二甲腈树脂结构、邻苯二甲腈单体类型、邻苯二甲腈的固化剂、自催化邻苯二甲腈、生物基邻苯二甲腈、邻苯二甲腈的改性方法,并对邻苯二甲腈树脂未来的研究方向进行展望。Phthalonitrile resin is a kind of high-performance and high-temperature resistant thermosetting resin terminated with the phthalonitrile structure,which has excellent thermal oxygen stability,flame retardancy,mechanical strength,low water absorption,low thermal expansion coefficient and dielectric constant.It can be used to prepare advanced composite matrix materials,coatings,adhesives,etc.,and has been widely used in aviation technology,electronics,machinery,military and other fields.In this paper,the structures of phthalonitrile resin,the types of phthalonitrile monomer,curing agents,autocatalytic phthalonitrile,biological phthalonitrile and the modification methods of phthalonitrile resin were reviewed.The future research directions of phthalonitrile resin were prospected.
