摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的致死性疾病。乳腺癌患者长期处于疾病治疗和康复阶段, 其自我管理能力及效果显著影响其疾病预后及生命质量。移动健康作为新型医疗保健模式, 已广泛应用于癌症患者的健康管理领域, 为患者提供便捷度好、可及性高的健康支持系统。围绕乳腺癌患者自我管理现状、移动健康概念及其在乳腺癌患者自我管理中的具体应用及未来建议等方面进行综述, 旨在为我国乳腺癌患者的康复管理及未来研究提供参考和借鉴。Breast cancer is a fatal disease with the highest incidence among women.Patients with breast cancer are in the stage of disease treatment and rehabilitation for a long time,and their self-management ability significantly affect their disease prognosis and quality of life.As a new type of medical care model,mobile health has been widely applied to the health management of patients with cancer,providing patients with a convenient and accessible health support system.This article reviewed the current status of self-management of patients with breast cancer,the concept of mobile health and its application in self-management of patients of breast cancer,and the future suggestions as well.The aim was to provide reference for the rehabilitation management of patients with breast cancer and future research in our country.
