摘　　要：培养拔尖创新人才是“双一流”建设的核心任务。建立健全创新创业教育体系是“双一流”建设时期高校培养拔尖创新人才的重要途径。基于国内外文献回顾,阐释了“双一流”建设背景下高校创新创业教育体系的目标导向、理论内涵与建构原则,着重从“通-专-辅”三位一体的课程体系、专兼结合与跨学科师资融入的师资体系、“学-赛-训”深度融合的实践体系和“政策+平台+质量”支持的保障体系四个层面,深入探讨了高校创新创业教育体系的内容框架,有利于优化高校创新创业教育体系,进而推动“双一流”建设时期高校拔尖创新人才培养。Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the core task of the“Double First-class”construction.During the“double first-class”construction period, establishing and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system is an important path for colleges and universities to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.Based on the literature review at home and abroad, this study explains the goal orientation, theoretical connotation and construction principles of the college innovation and entrepreneurship education system under the background of the“Double first-class”construction. The focus of this study is the four levels: the curriculum system of“universal-specialized-assisted”trinity, the faculty system with full-time and part-time and interdisciplinary teachers, the practice system of deep“learning-competition-training”integration, as well as the guarantee system of“policy-platform-quality”support, carrying out an in-depth discussion of the content framework of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities, which is conducive to optimizing the system in in colleges and universities, so as to promote the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents during the“Double first-class”construction.
