重症肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者应用辅助-控制通气联合BiPAP治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析重症肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者应用辅助-控制通气联合双相气道正压通气(BiPAP)治疗的效果。方法:对86例2019年5月至2020年5月本院收治重症肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者开展课题研究,随机均分患者为两组,患者在接受临床常规治疗的同时,常规组实施辅助-控制通气,观察组实施辅助-控制通气联合BiPAP治疗,对比两组行通气前后血气指标及并发症发生情况。结果:经临床指标统计,观察组行联合通气后,患者血气指标各项均较通气前得到明显改善,指标数据优于常规组患者(P<0.05),并发症发病几率对比,观察组发病几率相比常规组较低(P<0.05)。结论:将辅助-控制通气与BiPAP进行联合重症肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者开展治疗,治疗后可有效改善患者呼吸情况及机体含氧量,促进患者心肺功能恢复,对患者疾病康复具有显著促进意义。Objective:To study the effect of adjuvant-control ventilation combined with bipolar positive airway pressure ventilation(BiPAP)in patients with severe pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure.Methods:for 86 cases from May 2019 to May 2020 our hospital admitted severe pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure study,randomly divided into two groups,patients in clinical routine treatment at the same time,conventional group of auxiliary-control ventilation,observation group implement auxiliary-control ventilation with BiPAP treatment,compare the two groups before and after ventilation blood gas index and complications.Results:After clinical index statistics,the observation group was significantly improved than before ventilation,and the index data was better than the conventional patients(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auxiliary-control ventilation with BiPAP with respiratory failure can effectively improve the respiratory condition and oxygen content,promote the recovery of cardiopulmonary function,and significantly promote the disease recovery.
