摘　　要：目的:探究多学科团队协作对心外科手术患者超声肾脏血流灌注指标、肾功能的影响。方法:收集2019年1月—2021年3月期间在我院心脏外科进行手术治疗的患者74例,随机划分为两组,观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组实施围术期常规管理,观察组则实施多学科团队协作模式。比对两组患者超声肾脏血流灌注指标、肾功能指标、并发症发生率。结果:观察组肾皮质、肾髓质的超声肾脏血流灌注指标PI、AUC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后5天观察组肾功能指标尿ALB、尿β2-MG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.40%低于对照组21.62%(P<0.05)。结论:在心脏外科手术的围术期实施多学科团队协作管理,可改善肾脏血流灌注,降低对术后肾功能的影响,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team collaboration on renal perfusion index and renal function of patients undergoing cardiac surgery by ultrasound.Methods:seventy-four patients undergoing surgical treatment in the cardiac surgery department of our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were collected and randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group,37 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative management,while the observation group received multidisciplinary team cooperation mode.Ultrasound renal blood perfusion index,renal function index and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of ultrasonic renal perfusion indexes PI and AUC in renal cortex and renal medulla in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of urinary ALB and urinary β2-Mg in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in observation group was 5.40% lower than 21.62% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of multidisciplinary team cooperation management in the perioperative period of cardiac surgery can improve renal blood perfusion,reduce the influence on postoperative renal function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
