摘　　要：目的:探讨常规血型鉴定中类孟买血型的鉴定方法及输血选择。方法:运用吸收放散等血清学试验方法,结合家系调查,对类孟买患者的血型鉴定。结果:本患者红细胞吸收放散实验未证实患者红细胞表面含有A或B抗原,结合家系调查,经检测H物质、与类孟买细胞反应确认是否含有抗-H等实验,证实该患者为类孟买AB型。结论:类孟买血型的正确鉴定及家系调查,为患者提供合适的输血方案。Objective:To explore the identification methods and blood transfusion selections of para-Bombay blood groups in routine blood group identification.Methods:Serological test methods such as absorb-elution tests were used,combined with the family investigation,the blood type of para-Bombay patients was identified.Results:For this patient,the erythrocyte absorption and dissemination experiment did not confirm that the erythrocyte surface of patients contained A or B antigens.Combined with the family investigation,the substance H and the reaction with para-Bombay cells were tested to confirm whether it contained anti-H and other experiments.It was confirmed that the patient was para-Bombay AB type.Conclusion:The correct identification of para-Bombay blood group and family investigation provide a suitable blood transfusion program for patients.
