成分献血者献血前初筛不合格因素meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价成分献血者献血前初筛不合格因素。方法:计算机检索CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、EMbase、CBM,同时追溯纳入文献和相关综述的参考文献,收集关于成分献血者献血前初筛不合格因素的文献。根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,采取RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。结果:ALT异常:合并OR及95%CI为0.53(0.52~0.54),P<0.00001。乳糜血:合并OR及95%CI为0.04(0.04~0.05),P<0.00001。Hb异常:合并OR及95%CI为0.16(0.15~0.17),P<0.00001。血脂:合并OR及95%CI为0.28(0.27~0.29),P<0.00001。结论:成分献血者献血前初筛不合格因素主要与PLT异常、ALT异常、WBC异常、HCT异常、乳糜血、Hb异常、血脂等存在关系。Objective:To systematically evaluate the unqualified factors of component blood donors before the preliminary screening of blood donation.Methods:Computer search of CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed,EMbase,CBM,and at the same time retrospectively included literature and related review references,and collected literature on the unqualified factors of the preliminary screening of blood donors before blood donation.Literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,data were extracted to evaluate the risk of bias of the included studies,and RevMan5.3 was used for meta-analysis.Results:Abnormal ALT:The combined OR and 95%CI was 0.53(0.52-0.54),P<0.00001.Chylemia:The combined OR and 95%CI were 0.04(0.04~0.05),P<0.00001.Hb abnormality:The combined OR and 95%CI were 0.16(0.15-0.17),P<0.00001.Blood lipids:The combined OR and 95%CI was 0.28(0.27-0.29),P<0.00001.Conclusion:The unqualified factors in the primary screening of component blood donors before blood donation are mainly related to abnormal ALT,chyle blood,abnormal Hb,blood lipids and so on.
