摘 要:目的:观察精益6-西格玛管理对腹腔镜清洗质量的实施效果分析,改进腹腔镜清洗质量。方法:应用精益6-西格玛管理对腹腔镜清洗,并对发现的问题:清洗不及时、手工刷洗不到位、预处理不到位、清洗流程不规范等问题进行汇总分析,提出了相应的整改措施,并对改进前后腹腔镜清洗目测合格率及ATP生物荧光检测阳性率进行了对比。结果:精益6-西格玛管理后,改进的失效模式风险系数(RPN)值优于改进前(P<0.05)。腹腔镜洁净度目测检查由改进前的93.5%的合格率提高为改进后100.00%(P<0.05),ATP生物荧光检测阳性率由改进前的7.5%降低为改进后1.5%(P<0.05)。满意度及工作效能感明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:精益6-西格玛管理对腹腔镜清洗质量的实施效果分析,更好地完善腹腔镜清洗流程,提升清洗质量。Objective:To observe the effect of lean 6-sigma management on the quality of laparoscopic cleaning, and to improve the quality of laparoscopic cleaning. Methods:Lean 6-sigma management was applied to laparoscopic cleaning, and the problems found were summarized and analyzed, such as untimely cleaning, inadequate manual brushing, inadequate pretreatment and nonstandard cleaning process. The corresponding rectification measures were put forward, and the visual qualified rate of celioscope cleaning and the positive rate of ATP biological fluorescence detection before and after improvement were compared. Results:After lean 6-sigma management, the improved failure mode risk coefficient(RPN) was better than that before improvement(P<0.05). The qualified rate of laparoscopic cleanliness visual inspection increased from 93.5% before improvement to 100.00% after improvement(P<0.05), and the positive rate of ATP biofluorescence detection decreased from 7.5% before improvement to 1.5% after improvement(P<0.05). Satisfaction and job efficacy were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation effect analysis of lean 6-sigma management on laparoscopic cleaning quality can better improve the laparoscopic cleaning process and improve the cleaning quality.
