摘　　要：梅山钢铁炼钢厂4#连铸机大包回转台回转体及以上附件总重量约360吨,目前已在线使用8.5年,接近更换周期。根据回转台的结构特点设计一套顶升更换方案,施工前通过对施工方案的反复讨论、优化和演练顺利完成了本次轴承更换工作。The total weight of the revolving body and the above accessories of the ladle turret of No.4 continuous caster in Meishan Iron and steel works is about 360 tons, which has been used online for 8.5 years and is close to the replacement cycle. According to the structural characteristics of the rotary table, a set of jacking replacement scheme is designed. Before construction, through repeated discussion, optimization and drilling of the construction scheme, the bearing replacement work is successfully completed.
