摘 要:针对大型高炉寿命及冷却壁优化设计问题,通过研究冷却壁的破损机理、实际应用情况及高炉传热模型,比较分析冷却壁材质及结构差异,提出铜钢复合冷却壁和板壁结合结构、铸铁冷却壁、铜冷却壁分别更适用于高热负荷区、炉缸区域及铁口区域。同时依据铜冷却壁和铸铁冷却壁为国内高炉常用冷却壁,结合其适用区域及现存问题,提出铜冷却壁可从"控制氧含量在0.003%之内,减短长度,采用复合孔型、凸台设计、热喷涂表面、背部压浆工艺和固定销安装"等方面优化;铸铁冷却壁可从"提高比表面积至1.0以上,设计圆形水管尺寸为Φ76×6mm和Φ80×6mm,控制椭圆形水管短长轴在0.4~0.5之间,适当增大象脚区域冷却壁尺寸,冷却壁中心对准象脚区域"等方面优化。In this paper, aiming at the problem of large-scale blast furnace life and cooling stave optimization design, by studying the damage mechanism of the cooling stave, the actual application situation and the heat transfer model of the blast furnace, comparing and analyzing the material and structure differences of the cooling stave, it is proposed that the copper-steel composite stave and the combined structure of the plate wall, cast iron cooling stave and copper cooling stave are more suitable for high heat load area, hearth area and taphole area respectively. At the same time, based on copper stave and cast iron stave which are commonly used in domestic blast furnaces, combined with their applicable areas and existing problems, it is proposed that the copper stave can be controlled from the aspects of “controlling oxygen content within 0.003%, shortening the length, adopting composite pass, using composite pass, boss design, thermal spraying surface, back grouting process and fixing pin installation”. The cast iron cooling stave can be optimized by “increase the specific surface area to more than 1.0, designing the circular water pipe size of Φ76×6 mm and Φ80 ×6 mm, controlling the short and long axis of the elliptical water pipe to be between 0.4 and 0.5, appropriately increasing the size of the cooling stave in the elephant foot area, and aligning he center of the cooling stave with the elephant foot area”.
