摘 要:针对热连轧机生产的供冷轧基料的薄规格(≤4mm)钢板局部高点问题,理论分析了局部高点的产生原因,并根据现场测量生产数据,建立了非对称影响函数辊系模型、轧辊磨损预报模型。分析发现带钢横向温度分布、窜辊设定、轧制计划编排容易导致轧辊的局部集中磨损,进而在带钢断面上反印出现局部高点。因此,提出优化热轧轧线冷却水系统、高速钢轧辊使用规范、调整轧制计划编排等控制方法,实验结果表明提出的控制措施有效控制了局部高点的出现,保证了断面的良好,为优质冷轧基板的生产提供了保障。Aiming at the problem of local high points of thin gauge steel plate produced by hot tandem mill, the causes of local high points are analyzed. According to the production data measured on site, the asymmetric influence function roll system model and roll wear prediction model are established. It is found that the transverse temperature distribution, roll shifting setting and rolling plan arrangement of strip steel are easy to lead to local centralized wear of rolls, and then local high points are printed on the strip steel section. Therefore, the control methods such as optimizing the cooling water system of hot rolling line, using specification of high-speed steel roll and adjusting rolling plan arrangement are proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed control measures effectively control the occurrence of local high points, ensure the good section, and provide a guarantee for the production of high-quality cold-rolled substrate.
