摘 要:为减少用酸量、减少废酸排放、降低生产成本,需要对混酸废液进行资源回收再利用。本文主要对不锈钢混酸酸洗废液回收技术进行介绍,阐述了树脂床酸回收技术和喷雾焙烧法酸再生技术的原理及其工艺流程,并从多个方面对两种酸回收技术进行了综合分析对比。综合考虑投资成本和运行维护费用,树脂床酸回收技术适宜各种规模的不锈钢混酸废液回收,喷雾焙烧法酸再生技术适宜大中型规模的不锈钢废酸液回收。In order to reduce acid consumption, waste acid discharge and production cost, it’s necessary to recycle the waste mixed acid. This paper mainly introduces the recovery technologies of waste mixed acid from pickling of stainless steel. The principles and process flows of acid recovery technology with resin bed and acid regeneration technology by spray roasting are described, and comprehensive analysis and comparison between the two acid recovery technologies from various aspects are conducted. Considering the investment, operation and maintenance costs, acid recovery technology with resin bed is suitable for recovery of waste mixed acid from pickling of stainless steel of various scales, and acid regeneration technology by spray roasting is suitable for recovery of waste mixed acid from pickling of stainless steel of medium and large scales.
