摘  要:目的分析影响全身骨显像检查图像质量的各种因素,探讨提高检查图像质量的措施。方法对我科室2017年11月至2020年11月547例患者的全身骨显像检查结果展开回顾性分析,将检查图像分为满意和不满意两组,对可能影响图像质量的18种相关因素先进行单因素分析,再运用Logistics回归进行多因素分析。结果547例全身骨显像检查图像中,满意图像459例,不满意图像88例。影响图像质量的相关因素按OR值排列依次为注射技术原因造成的显影液外渗、图像采集时间、化疗史、性别。结论明确全身骨显像检查图像质量的各种相关因素,对于可人为控制的因素进行改进,对于提升全身骨显像图像质量有着重要意义。Objective To analyze the factors affecting the image quality of whole body bone imaging and to explore the measures to improve the image quality.Methods 547 cases of whole-body bone imaging in our department from November,2017 to November,2020 were analyzed retrospectively.These images were divided into two groups:the satisfactory group and unsatisfactory group.18 types of related factors that could affect the image quality were analyzed by univariate analysis,and logistics regression was conducted for multivariate analysis.Results Among the 547 cases examined by whole-body bone imaging,there were 459 cases of satisfactory images and 88 cases of unsatisfactory images.According to the OR value,the relevant factors affecting image quality were developer extravasation caused by injection technology,image acquisition time,history of chemotherapy and sex.Conclusion Identifying various factors related to the image quality of whole-body bone imaging to improve the factors that can be controlled artificially is of great significance to improve the image quality of whole-body bone imaging.
