摘  要:胸腺上皮性肿瘤(thymic epithelial tumors,TET)的生物学行为多样,组织病理学分类及临床病理分期复杂,不同病理类型和不同临床分期的TET治疗方式和预后不同。目前TET的首选治疗方式是外科手术切除,手术切除的完整性、组织学亚型和分期是影响生存的重要预后因素,因此判断TET的恶性程度及能否完整切除至关重要。CT、MRI等常规影像学检查只能提示肿瘤的形态、结构特征,不能揭示肿瘤的生物学特征。核医学显像可以在分子或细胞水平上进行肿瘤的功能成像,揭示肿瘤的代谢、功能及特定的生物学信息,对肿瘤的诊断及生物学特征方面提供重要的信息。笔者就核医学显像中的SPECT/CT和PET/CT显像在TET诊断中的临床应用现状和研究进展进行综述。The biological behavior of thymic epithelial tumors(TET)is diverse and their histopathology classification and clinicopathologic staging are complex.The treatment strategy and prognosis are different among different pathological types and clinical stages.Currently,surgical resection is the first-line choice of treatment for TET.The integrity of surgical resection,histological classification and staging are important prognostic factors for survival.Therefore,it’s important to determine the malignancy of the TET and whether it can be resected completely.CT,MRI and other conventional imaging examinations can only reveal the tumor morphology,structure features,while these methods are not able to reveal the tumor biological characteristics of TET.Nuclear medicine imaging can perform functional imaging of tumors at the molecular or cellular level to reveal the metabolic,functional and specific biological information of tumors.It can provide important information for the diagnosis and biological characteristics.This article reviews the present status and research progress of SPECT/CT and PET/CT imaging in nuclear medicine in TET diagnosis.
