摘  要:本文采用连续流动分析法(CFA)和纳氏试剂分光光度法对地表水和废水中氨氮的测定进行比较研究。结果表明:两种方法的准确度和精密度均满足地表水和废水中氨氮的测定要求,运用F检验和t检验方法证明CFA与纳氏试剂法测定结果之间无显著差异。纳氏试剂光度法的准确度和精密度更高,适用于标准样品考核分析,而CFA方法更加简便、快速、无污染,适用于大批量实际样品氨氮含量的测定。The measurement of ammonia and nitrogen in surface water and wastewater was compared by continuous flow analysis and nessler s reagent spectrophotometry.Results showed that the precision and accuracy of both analysis methods can meet the requirement of ammonia nitrogen in water measurement.There was no significant difference in two methods by F test and t test.Nessler s reagent spectrophotometry had higher accuracy and precision,which was suitable for standard sample examination and analysis.Continuous flow analysis had a wider linearity,with better analysis speed and less pollution,which was more suitable for large and complex sample analysis.
