摘　　要：建立快速检测保健品舒宁胶囊中非法添加降糖类化学药物的方法。采用薄层色谱法鉴别舒宁胶囊中添加的格列苯脲和二甲双胍药物。高效液相色谱法测定格列苯脲和二甲双胍平均回收率为98.3%~102%。An efficient and effective detection of antidiabetic medicines added to heath product Shuning capsule illegally was established.Identification of Glibenclamide and Identification of metformin were performed by thin layer chromatography(TLC).High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the average recoveries of the two analytes were 98.3%to 102.0%with relative standard deviations.
